HaulLinks is a local network for dump truck work. Post what you need and the people who can haul it answer from their phone — then the job, the tickets and the invoice stay in one place instead of in a text thread.

Contractors

Builders · GCs · Dirt & site work

You need trucks Tuesday at 7.

  • Post the job once — type, count, time, pit and dump.
  • It goes to your own people first, then to nearby owners who are open to work.
  • See who can cover what, pick who you want, and watch the count close.

Haulers

Owner-operators · trucking companies

You have a truck sitting Thursday.

  • Mark the truck open and let the work find you.
  • Answer a request from the text — no account needed to say yes.
  • Your drivers get the day's jobs on their phone — start, loads, ticket photo, done.
  • Keep your insurance and plates in one place instead of in a glovebox.

How it works

1

Post what you need

Truck type, how many, when, where from and where to. About thirty seconds — if it ever takes longer than a text message, we got it wrong.

2

People answer

Your Trusted Haulers get a text with a link. So do nearby owners who marked themselves open, if you want the reach. They answer from the link — no app, no password.

3

The job runs and gets recorded

Confirm who you want, trucks get named, drivers run the loads, tickets get photographed, and the invoice is built from what actually happened.

Straight about what it isn't

We don't touch your money

Invoices are yours. When someone pays, the person who saw it records it — the platform never says it confirmed a payment.

We don't keep a trail on your trucks

A driver's location shows while the job is running, to the company that hired that truck. It's gone when the job ends. There is no history to go back through.

We don't check documents for you

Insurance and plates are uploaded so the other side can look at them. Uploaded means uploaded — nobody here stamps them verified.
